Original period manufacture. Swivel bale front seamed, steel helmet which has been nicely repainted in a proper OD paint finish, with proper light OD replacement chinstraps with the Airborne style extra strap with liner snap.The helmet liner has also been refurbished with new webbing throughout, sweatband, nape strap and an Airborne cupped leather chinstrap. There is a good quality replacement liner chinstrap as well.Lastly a helmet net has been added to the helmet for additional effect. Great looking helmet for display or Living History programs.
