Original period manufacture. Late WWII helmet shell with a front seamed, non reflective edge, with light OD canvas chinstraps with black painted steel buckles. The shell finish is excellent, nearly new with light paint wear around it's edges. After looking pretty closely at this helmet, we will be offering it as a refurbished example, rather than an original right-out-of-the-box helmet. It is finished to a very high standard, excellent quality of fit, materials and finish, and near new in condition. Seamans Paper Company marked high pressure liner with light OD canvas suspension, leather sweatband and an excellent quality replica chinstrap. Perfect for display or Living History programs.
