Original era manufacture. An interesting knife which I feel was used by a US Navy sailor during WWII. Polished steel blade measuring 5.5 inches in length; it displays honest use with no corrosion pitting.S-shaped brass guard, with a cord-wrapped grip with leather segments at the pommel, and a brass plate pommel cap.Simple leather sheath with an intact pommel strap, and an old electrical tape repair at the throat. The tip of the sheath has been reinforced with a metal plate installed, which is secured with four small brass screws.Cool knife.
