Original WWII manufacture. We have very few of these available, and thought that they were really neat with their original paper packing labels intact.Small head size wire cutters, each 1944 dated and maker marked, with black rubber covered grips. The cutters are unissued but exhibit some very light surface corrosion which can be easily cleaned away. The issue envelopes show wear and minor tearing, but are basically sound.Stock photo, minor details will vary.
