Original era manufacture.  A decidedly deadly looking knife with an 8 inch polished steel blade with a tapered point. Light scattered staining to the blade surface, but no corrosion pitting. Small dent in the cutting edge.Simple brass oval guard, with a nicely made finger-grooved grip, with interspaced leather and red or black composition segments.The brown leather scabbard is the one that came with the knife, it is sound, but it does not fit the blade properly.
