Original era manufacture. Low pressure liner with it's original light OD cotton webbing intact. Maker marked in yellow paint, SC, St.Clair. Post WWII OD exterior finish, few splotches of garage paint on the interior rim. Webbind displays scattered wear, but all are securely attached to the shell.
