Original era manufacture. OD canvas pouch with an M1910 belt hook on its reverse. Inside is one opaque yellow canteen/container which once held survival rations and small tools. Postwar adhesive tape and bandages as shown. The small bottle of aspirin has been removed for safety. Normal age and wear.
