Original era manufacture. Football style helmet as worn by AFV crews during WWII. This example was made by Rawlings and is size marked 7.The helmet is complete with all straps and fittings, the lower right & left side snaps of the securing tabs which secure the electronics earpieces in place have broken, yet the leather is complete and sound, with the ends tucked behind the elastic connecting strap.  Original pair of HS-18 electronics with a PL-54 jack plug are in place, these come with the original 1942 dated cardboard box.Pair of post-WWII goggles included for display.
