Original era manufacture Classic WWII Army officers Crusher hat in olive brown ribbed wool.The visor stitching is sound as is the stitching for the leather sweatband. Shows normal age and wear with the famed "50 Mission" Crushtothe top. Made by the Streamline Cap Company of Los Angeles. The interior lining is intact, however the plastic sweat covering is fairly tattered, and frankly should just be removed.Attached to the cap body is a gilded alloy US Technician insignia, with a screwpost andattaching screw disc. There are a few very small and scattered moth bits. Great looking hat, size about a 57, or a US7 .
