Original era manufacture. Football style helmet as worn by AFV crews during WWII and as seen in the recent movie Fury. This example was made by Rawlings, and is size marked 7 1/8. The helmet is complete with all straps and fittings. Also Original era manufacture, winter cloth helmet, light OD cloth exterior with a khaki lined cotton interior. The chinstrap has been shortened and the snap closure removed. Fairly large size but without any markings. Gray rubber goggles with clear lenses completes the set.
