Original era manufacture. Small head USMC marked wire cutters with the rubber insulated grips. Maker marked HKP and dated 1941. Army pattern light OD canvas pouch, Stanley Co. 1941. The pouch has issue marks on the reverse, overall the set shows honest age and wear.
