Original era manufacture. Large pattern folding knife & saw-blade, which formed part of the survival kits on US aircraft during WWII.This example was made by Colonial of Providence RI, and bears the makers markings on the side of the parkerized blade, nearly all of the original finish remains on the blade.Attached to the carrying ring is a US Navy marked signalling device in unused condition.
