Original period manufacture. This is an interesting pair of binoculars, never seen a similar set marked, or finished this way. Standard Bausch & Lomb 7x50 large frame bino's with a battleship gray and black painted finish. Stamped into the upper left frame cover is USN OPT.SCHOOL NO.48. The optics are fairly clear with some scattered clouding and staining to the glass. The adjustment rings for the eyepieces move but don't really work too well.
