Original period manufacture. Cotton embroidery on brown wool felt material, with a white cheesecloth reverse. Does not fluoresce under a UV light. Measures 4.25 x 4.5 inches. Light age and wear. The 345th Bomb Group, 5th Air Force,flew B-25 Mitchell bombers in the Southwest Pacific area during WWII. Notable targets including flak installations, shipping and ground installations, Rabaul ,Celebes and the southern Philippines.
