Original era publication. US WWII Consolidated Aircraft Flight and Service Manuals for the B-24D Bomber. Set of 7 original hard cover manuals residing in their original leather transport satchel, with the Consolidated Aircraft logo on the front. In addition, a General Motors Allison Engine Operators Manual is included. All 8 of the manuals are named to the same individual with his name embossed into the front cover of the 7 hard cover books. All of the books are in sound condition, exhibiting typical handling and wear but no damage. The titles are as follows, Electricity, Armament, Radio, Hydraulics, Airplane General, Power Plant and Flight Manual. The publication dates for the books range from 1942-1943, with each book averaging around 200 pages. English text, graphs, photographs, with some color plates. A scarce set of operational manuals for the famed Liberator Bomber of WWII.
