Original era manufacture. Large pattern folding knife & saw-blade, which formed part of the survival kits on US aircraft during WWII.This example was made by Colonial of Providence RI, and bears the makers markings on the side of the blue finished blade.Nearly all of the original finish remains on the knife, with a touch of finish loss at the tip and cutting edge. Black plastic grip panels are in sound condition, with just a little bit of grime down in the recesses.
