Adopted 1924, and re-designated in 1943.A pirate's head and shoulders tattooed on chest and skull and bones proper, garbed and coifed, couped at the breast and resting on the propellor of an airplane, the blades bearing the words Parati Defendere.NS Meyer marked reverse, no enamel damage.
