Original era manufacture.A well made precision instrument made by the Technical Oil Tool Corporation of Los Angeles. The device comes with its fitted case withan extra fitting, another fitting is missing. Original instruction sheet in the lid with an inspection date of 1-26-45. Normal age and wear, very clean.
