Original era manufacture. Bright finished, six inch steel blade, clean, with scattered staining and very light pitting from surface corrosion. The tip is sharp, with a slight recess in the left side of the blade about an inch down from the tip. The tip is not bent as it looks pretty straight.Steel guard which is bent forward on one side, factory done, dark red spacers, with a very sound stacked leather grip and steel pommel cap.Brown leather sheath of stitched and riveted construction, which is USCG and SAS stamped on its surface. Normal age and wear overall.
