Original era manufacture. Standard M3 pattern knife, marked US M3 Imperial on the guard. The surface of the blade has been cleaned, and lightly service sharpened with a fair amount of the original finish remaining. The cutting edge has some shallow nicks in the edge appearing as if the soldier used it to pry something open.  Sound stacked leather grip with no cracks or chips, showing light service wear and use. Ordnance bomb proof on the pommel. US M8 scabbard showing wear to the original painted finish, dark OD canvas belt loop & pommel strap, the M1910 belt hook was removed.
