Original period manufacture. This is a great looking old patch, faded and worn, with loose threads around the edges from being removed from a uniform.Wool felt body with an embroidered cotton edge, and a white cheesecloth reverse. Touch of mouthing at the bottom of the patch...but it really does not take away from its charm in my opinion...just a little Salty, like an old Gyrene should be.
