Original era manufacture. 1st pattern cover without the drain hole in its base. No markings to the cover as is typical for Gyrene 782 gear. The cover is clean with no holes or tears. Included is a 1945 dated aluminum canteen and a steel 1944 dated cup. Normal age and wear with some light fraying to the cover.
