Original era manufacture. A very solid example of the WWII USMC shelter half, reversible, green to brown, the colors remaining very distinct, just typical wear from service use.  The original issue tag, while tattered, remains in place and is maker marked Powers & Company and dated 1943. All buttons are present, there is a name written in black ink in addition to a three digit stenciled number. There are a few scattered small tears in the fabric, but not many, no stains or major tears.
