Original era manufacture. An early production Ka-Bar pattern USMC utility knife made by KaBar Olean N.Y.Stacked leather grip with a pinned pommel and rectangular tang. Good blade configuration with surface staining from service use. Clear large size USMC stamped into the ricasso. Russet leather sheath of riveted and sewn construction. Intact pommel strap in supple condition.
