US WWII USMC P1942 Camouflage Utility Trousers

Original era manufacture. Green reversible to brown camouflage material, with a single front, and single rear pocket on each side. Four, non-magnetic darkened brass snap buttons on the fly, belt loops on each side. The name KLINE, has been stenciled on the waistband, twice on the brown side, and once on the green. The waist measures 32 inches, with the "original" inseam measuring 25.5 inches. The cuffs have been lengthened by the addition of 5 more inches of HBT camouflage material, in order to fit a taller Marine. The trousers are sound, no holes, tears or stains, just honest wear and use. Just a final note, will folding these up I felt something in the brown side front pocket. In there was a folded, stiff paper tag with the following written on it. "M1942-43 Marine Corps camouflaged utility trousers, MKD. T5-234 in waist w/"Kline" below. Bought at Southern Militaire Show in Dallas @ #100 3/90. It made me smile, Terri and I attended that show. The tag went right back into the pocket.
