Original era manufacture. US WWII USMC identified Uniform grouping. Green wool service coat with an Australian made SSI insignia, ribbon bars, chromed marksmanship badge , service hat with EGA, brown leather belt, shirt, tie, with a copy photo of PFC Keene and his discharge document. The coat is named inside the right arm opening, and dated 1943, size 5 L. Discharged from First Separation Co. MCB in 1946. Numerous entries on Ancestry for him confirming service with the 1st MarDiv.
