Original era manufacture. Tan canvas satchel with a stenciled Red Cross on its flap and a permanently attached adjustable shoulder strap. The satchel is free from holes and tears but there is a sizable stain on the underside of the flap and overall shows service use and staining. A scarce medical satchel carried by US Navy Core-men, not Corpse-men, during WWII.
