Original era manufacture. Black plastic, handheld range finder with a movable dial and center wire reticule giving range notations in white. Brass US Navy Bu of Ord nomenclature plate on the reverse. I believe these were used in Gunnery training along with recognition manuals of Axis aircraft. Fully operable, normal age and wear.
