Original period manufacture. Nearly 100% of the parkerized finish remains on the factory sharpened blade, clear PAL makers markings, and USN MKI stamped on the ricasso.Nice stacked leather grip with three color spacers at top and bottom, black-white-red-black. Metal pommel cap which has never been used as a hammer, slightly loose to the touch.Very sound gray plastic scabbard with a matching color canvas belt loop and pommel strap. Overall this knife very light wear and use.
