Original period manufacture. Nearly 100% of the parkerized finish remains on the factory sharpened blade, clear PAL makers markings, and USN MKI stamped on the ricasso.Nice stacked leather grip with three color spacers at top and bottom, black-white-red-black. Metal pommel cap which has never been used as a hammer.Gray plastic scabbard with a matching color canvas belt loop and pommel strap, there is a 3 inch crack in the edge seam on the right side of the scabbard body.Otherwise this knife is quite clean.
