Original period manufacture. A sound example of the WWII USN Mk2 Utility Knife. The blade edge and point are sharp, with most of the original parkerized finish remaining on the blade except at the tip. The blade ricasso is marked with the makers name CAMILLUS N.Y. on one side of the guard, and  U.S.N. Mark 2 on the other. The ends of which are slightly bent upwards.Sound brown leather grip with no issues, beyond normal handling and wear. Thick steel pommel disc with a rectangular steel tang.Standard gray plastic sheath with matching color canvas belt loop. The pommel securing strap is present, however the male portion of the closure snap is missing. Overall normal age and wear.
