Original era manufacture. Blade marked, early production example with U.S.N. on the obverse and Ka-Bar on the reverse ricasso. Fair amount of original finish remains on the blade, showing light wear to the blade surfaces. Nice stacked leather grip with no issues, circular blade tang at the top of the pommel disc. Very sound brown leather sheat which is U.S.N. marked at its throat and BOYT 43 below the pommel strap.
