Original period manufacture. A well used example, maker marked on the guard, USN MK2 KA-BAR. Sound stacked leather grip with no cracks or missing segments. Dark steel finish to the blade, the point is sharp and the edge has not been foolishly sharpened. Navy gray plastic sheath with a matching color canvas belt loop and pommel strap. There is some corrosion staining on the fabric and scabbard throat, overall sound.
