Original period manufacture. Six inch steel blade showing honest wear and use, with a well cared for finish, no corrosion issues.Dark brown stacked leather grip with a zinc pommel cap which is pinned to the blade tang. RH PAL 36. Nice luster to the leather surfaces, no broken or missing segments, red and black segments above the guard.Sound russet leather scabbard, of riveted and sewn construction, displaying honest wear and age from service use. The pommel strap is intact.
