Original era manufacture. Small pattern steel box which was often seen mounted underneath the dash of a Jeep. OD painted finish with a nice US ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT stenciled top. No contents label on the interior of the lid, 10 period bandages and other medical supplies.
