Original era manufacture. Painted design on a rigid oval of green canvas. Measures 5.5 inches in width. Its last combat assignment in WWII was the recently recaptured island of Iwo Jima, where their P-51 Mustangs provided long distance fighter protection for the B-29's, during bombing raids on the Japanese home islands. Normal age and wear, never used.
