Original era manufacture. US WWII WAC Nurse jacket and overseas hat, identified.Dark O.D. Tropical worsted service jacket, 1944 dated label Gimble Brothers Inc. Size 38S.Jacket has 6th Army sleeve insignia plus two hash stripes. Metal collar and shoulder insignia. Enameled N nurse collar insignia with the office U.S. above. 2nd Lt. One ribbon bar. All buttons are present. Label with her name: Margaret E. Guild of Maine.
