Original period manufacture. Olive green wool hat nicknamed for the commander of the WAAC/WAC Program, Colonel Oveta Culp Hobby. Very clean condition. Olive green imitation silk lining with a large circular sweatshield.  A very good looking hat with a 1st pattern officers eagle on it's front, and an olive-brown plastic button on each side.
