Original era manufacture. Steel wire cutter made by HKP, US proofed and dated 1944. Heavy rubber wrapped handles, no damage to the cutting edges. Tan canvas carrier which is marked on the reverse BRITISH MADE and what appears to be a 1943 date. Normal age and wear.
