Original era manufacture. Light OD canvas pouch with a clear U.S. stencil on the front. M1910 belt hook, lift-the-dot snap closure. Pretty much storage wear, with no issues. Maker marked reverse, Schell Lea, Gds Co Inc. and dated 1944.
