Original era manufacture. US WWII Army Nurse WAC officer jacket. Dark Olive Drab winter uniform. Officer metal shoulder bars, cutout officer US collar brass and medical caduceus with an enameled N on each device.Front closure with 4 standard buttons embossed with US Army coat of arms. Smaller embossed buttons are on the epaulets and on the flaps of the false bodice pockets. Two slit pockets at the skirt of the blouse. Sleeve cuff insignia to indicate time overseas.
