Original era manufacture. US WWII wool Red Cross Overcoat with orange shoulder straps indicating this to be Directors, associate and assistant directors of the Department of Supplies and bureaus of the Department of Supplies. All buttons are present and of the period.Label inside says size 12, J. C. Penney Co. Inc. Nice condition with no tears, holes or staining. 39 inches long. 23 inch sleeve length. fully lined with a self belt.Inside the pocket is another shoulder strap with a Medical button and two collar insignia pinned to it. There are 7 large Medical buttons, 11 small silver Medical buttons, two small red Medical buttons and two medical collar insignia. All have the Navy anchor.
