Original era issue. A carefully assembled collection of US Medical Corps, Hospitals, Department HQ and Medical Corps Battalions Distinctive Unit Insignia. All are indentified, most have clutch attachment reverses, although three are pinback. This is a complete collection as it came to us, there are some gaps, but none have been removed by us. Overall includes 133 pieces of metal insignia placed in order in the collector's binder.
