Original era manufacture. Heavy knife, with a 7.25 inch Bowie style blade of polished steel. One piece brass D-guard and pommel, with a heavy cord wrapped grip.Riveted and sewn leather sheath with a M1910 belt hook, secured by a canvas loop riveted on the reverse. Large letter S stamped into the body. Normal age and wear. These are original WWII collector items, made by, or for soldiers fighting in the Pacific and European Theaters during the war; sold as collector items only.The possession of these knives in some states/countries is prohibited.
