Original period manufacture. Clean, 1906 dated blade produced at Springfield Arsenal, serial number 23144. Dark parkerized finish to the blade, guard and pommel. Rough hewn wood grips, the left side grip plate is cracked. Original GI plastic scabbard with a steel throat with a stamped ordnance bomb.
