Original era manufacture. A stamped steel license plate in yellow, with red lettering. It measures 12.25 x 5.25 inches, displaying normal age and wear. Prior to December 7th, 1941, the US Navy operated a ship repair facility at Cavite, Philippine Islands. This base was destroyed by the Japanese early in the campaign, and abandoned by US Forces.
