This beautiful set we feel is a mixture of old and not so old. The top has original Victorian buttons. There are several repairs which makes us feel this could very well be as old as it appears. They are made very well. It has a 34 inch bust and is 19 inches long. The outer skirt also has a couple of very old repairs, also very well done.It has a 28 inch waist and is 41 inches long. The ivory colored under skirt has a 22 inch waist. It has beautiful lace patterns in three rows at the bottom and is 35 inches long. This outfit was worn often and very well cared for.The gloves are small and leather. The purse is made of a plush material and has hand sewn beads all around in a nice pattern. There is a tassel at the bottom and a silk loop at the top to carry it. Inside is some nice silk with a stripe pattern. It does show wear and age. The purse by itself is worth more than the asking price of the entire set.
